Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
A bubbling, cheesy baked dip loaded with spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella and Parmesan, with a bright hint of lemon.
- Party favorite every time
- Make-ahead friendly
- Golden, bubbling cheesy top
Spinach artichoke dip is the first thing to disappear at every party we throw, so we worked to make ours the best version. Squeezing the spinach bone-dry keeps the dip thick and creamy instead of watery, and a squeeze of lemon cuts through all that cheese. A quick trip under the broiler gives it a golden, crackly top. Serve it hot with toasted baguette, pita chips or crisp vegetables.
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F and butter a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
