The set includes two snack size, two sandwich size and two gallon size bags made from thick, food-grade silicone. A wide pinch-press seal closes tight enough to hold a mojo marinade without drips, and the flat bottoms let the bags stand up on the counter while you fill them.
They are safe in the freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and can even go into a pot of water for gentle sous vide style cooking below 200 degrees F. To dry, prop them open upside down on a bottle or utensil. The soft translucent colors make it easy to see what is inside.
