Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Seared and roasted pork tenderloin glazed with honey, two mustards, garlic and rosemary, with a quick pan sauce.
- Weeknight roast in 35 minutes
- Sticky caramelized glaze
- Lean and high-protein
Pork tenderloin is our go-to weeknight roast: lean, tender and on the table in about 35 minutes. We sear it first for color, then brush on a sweet and tangy glaze of honey, whole-grain and Dijon mustards, garlic and rosemary. A quick trip through the oven turns the glaze sticky and caramelized. The skillet drippings become a bright pan sauce with a splash of broth and a pat of butter.
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F with a rack in the center position.
